I appeared on KPBS’s These Days this morning to discuss my ongoing reporting about the demographic shifts in southeastern San Diego’s neighborhoods.

Those neighborhoods, which have been the center of San Diego’s black community, are becoming more Latino. The changes are already visible on the streets, in the churches, and could someday have major implications for the community’s politics, too.
