After Kelly Bennett’s spot on NBC San Diego last week in which she explored UCSD’s collection of art pieces known as the Stuart Collection, I was inspired to shoot some photos of the pieces myself.

I spent about an hour on Wednesday roaming the campus, following a map that sends you on a little art walk. Below is a selection of the pieces.

“Another” by Barbara Kruger:

“Bear” by Tim Hawkinson:

“Two Running Violet V Forms” by Robert Irwin

“Read/Write/Think/Dream” by John Baldessari:

“Snake Path” by Alexis Smith:

“Untitled” by Michael Asher:

“Trees” by Terry Allen

Have you seen all of these pieces? What’s your favorite? Which one didn’t I photograph that you wish I had?
