The Really Fascinating Blueprint, Revisited

A new plan for how growth in the county unfolds was passed today by the Board of Supervisors, reports the North County Times.

Technically, it’s called the the General Plan. We like to call it the Really Fascinating Blueprint for How San Diego Grows.
