Our special series exploring San Diego Unified School District’s financial crisis, “Schools on the Brink,” is now complete. We partnered with NBC 7 San Diego to take a look at what’s at stake, how we got here and what options the district can take going forward.

We also hosted a forum on Thursday discussing possible solutions and featured readers’ ideas on how they’d fix schools; make sure to check them out on our special section.
