Well, most of those residents.
In the latest edition of Fact Check TV, I explain why not all residents of the southeastern San Diego council district will get to cast a ballot in the March 26 special election to replace longtime District 4 Councilman Tony Young. I also took a closer look at a recent claim about the area’s demographics.
