Although I have two jobs (one is full time and the other is seasonal), it’s still hard to make it here. There is one organization that is small in size and yet large enough in heart. It is run by two women and a lot of volunteers! To me they are like family, and they help out in many ways.

I am staying here due to work. If both jobs end, then I will move on. However, I do see the future with the lack of affordable housing for San Diego. It doesn’t seem possible for “America’s Finest City” to have this problem. It’s a shame. I hope that one day San Diego can house these people in a safe environment towards permanent affordable housing.
