Voice of San Diego is hiring an engagement editor who will serve as chief of our website and social media voice. The person will be a liaison between staff and readers and our web operation. The editor will help us do everything we can every day to engage people on the stories and narratives we’re following.

Experience working in a digitally-driven newsroom is a plus, as is the ability to write and produce blog posts, galleries and other daily content, and generate story ideas.

Graphic designers with a background in online publishing are encouraged to apply, and we can craft the role around those skills. Please send a cover letter and links to some of your work and experience to sara.libby@voiceofsandiego.org. No calls please.
