What goes into a wee-hours papier mâché prank?

NBC 7/39’s Artie Ojeda got his hands on the footage from North County sculptor “Eric” and friends, the ones who constructed a giant shark to swallow the Cardiff Kook statue early one morning in July. You might’ve seen this mentioned in our Morning Report the other day but I wanted to point to it here, too.
