Qualcomm co-founder Irwin Jacobs and Mayor Jerry Sanders premiered a video at the Hall of Champions on Monday that explains their vision for the Plaza de Panama renovation in Balboa Park.
Mayor Jerry Sanders and Qualcomm co-founder Irwin Jacobs have unveiled a 10-minute video that they hope will increase public support for their controversial plan to renovate Balboa Park.
