If the City Council’s take on Proposition C is any indication, the race for the measure appears neck-and-neck.
Four council members – Scott Peters, Kevin Faulconer, Brian Maienschein and Jim Madaffer – are supporting Proposition C, which would allow private companies to compete with the municipal employees for city work.
