I just got a copy of the resignation agreement between San Diego Unified and its former finance chief James Masias. You can check it out here.
The terms aren’t surprising: Masias will work off-site for San Diego Unified on special projects until June 30, when he will resign. He gets his regular salary and benefits and isn’t barred from taking on other work. Neither Masias nor San Diego Unified are allowed to say anything disparaging about each other.
