I joined our media partners at NBC San Diego this week to talk about some of the interesting demographic changes underway in the neighborhoods of southeastern San Diego.

The community’s African-American population has shrunk as its population of Latinos, Asians, and other ethnic groups has grown. That could mean big changes for the community in the coming years, from what its churches look like, to who its leaders will be.
