I took a stroll the other day across the new bridge spanning Harbor Drive in downtown San Diego.

While shooting some photos, I noticed this tag on the side, posing the question, “You got Money 4 this? REVOLT”

I had to wonder whether the tagger knew about how the price of the controversial bridge just kept rising as construction was delayed.
