Liz Hirsch, a homeless woman we met in December who has emailed us dispatches about her experiences, wrote with some news this morning:

This program, through Catholic Charities San Diego, offers housing and self-sufficiency and job training to women over 50.

I asked if Hirsch would mind me sharing this news with you. Here’s how she replied:

I think they deserve to know. They’ve read all about my complaints and stories. Some of them have helped me with money and gifts, so I think they should know everything has turned out well (good?), whatever. It will be good for them to see that there is an answer, sometimes.
