Tightened border security is a key sticking point for Congressional Republicans as negotiators work to cut an immigration reform deal.
The current legislation includes billions of dollars for additional fencing, drones and Border Patrol agents but there’s been a recent movement to further detail those plans, rather than allow the Obama administration to direct them.
So what border infrastructure is already in place in San Diego?
