Could this de la Fuente ruling have come at a better time for City Attorney Mike Aguirre? His critics were eating up his recent setbacks in court. If one of the biggest of big-deal lawsuits continues to go his way – as today’s ruling indicates – Aguirre will have more than his finish at the Rock and Roll Marathon to be proud of this week.
