Wednesday, July 12, 2006 | In regards to “Judge Denies Aguirre’s Attempt for Quick Judgment.” Judge Jeffery Barton “copped” out on the pension issue, claiming the matter was too confusing for him to make a decision. What?

What is this person doing on the bench? Does he run from every case that comes before him because he cannot understand the charges or evidence for or against a defendant?

I opine that the honorable judge was really concerned about making an incorrect decision that could affect his professional relationships.
