Our media partner NBC San Diego filmed this piece on Friday about the financial difficulties facing energy company Dynegy and the possible effect it could have on the dismantling and cleaning up of the South Bay Power Plant in Chula Vista.

I’ve been covering the power plant extensively over the last couple of weeks and I first reported on Dynegy’s financial difficulties last Wednesday.
