As a native San Diegan I agree that something needs to happen with the traffic in Balboa Park.

I think that this idea of building a new bridge and parking structure is a sound solution and long overdue. It would certainly alleviate much of the congestion and safety concerns which would benefit the public, the museums and the special events by creating a much less stressful environment.

To me, I think that this is what the original intent was when this park was built for the exhibition. An environment where people could leisurely stroll through in relative safety, without having to worry about being run over.

I hope that this project will find its way to completion here in the near future. It has my vote.
