The treatise written by Sherm Harmer repeats over and over that Grantville-area residents seem to be nothing but whiners. The fact of the matter is that he and his group are hell-bent on going forward with minimal input from the neighbors!

The fact is that the traffic problem has NOT been addressed, only listened to without a real plan. Two-thousand new residents on the same roads just will NOT work. Also, the water issues remain, again with minimal lip-service; no answer to this problem, has been presented.

Fixing the river, as reiterated by almost all of the residents attending these meetings, is a wonderful idea; how it is done is our concern. Knowing that there are several more plots of land on the river, suggests that a Master Plan for the entire river area would be more acceptable, again, if the traffic, water and density of population were mitigated.
