How funny. The Border Patrol owes the city of San Diego $154,000. Andrew Donohue does a great story that contains that little bit of information and the Border Patrol decides to immediately pay up. How many other agencies and people owe the city money like that? All they apparently had to do was try to collect it. Should Donohue, then, get a cut of the collection?
