For those of you news junkies following this fascinating story — which the U-T has been covering quite well — I just heard that Judge Woody Clarke will be holding a hearing Thursday morning (Department 27, 9 a.m.) to decide whether to unseal City Attorney Mike Aguirre’s search warrant.
I think everyone’s pretty interested to see what evidence Aguirre produced to get a search warrant for the offices of Sunroad Enterprises — a search warrant the police chief refused to actually act on.
I’ll be interested to see it.
