Wednesday, June 27, 2007 | I am glad to see that the School Board gave the staff budget the bum’s rush last night that it deserved.
District staff members were already telling schools that they will have to do more with less in the coming year (like buying supplies out of their own pockets). I presume they need the money for the new Truancy Center and the other new programs.
